∎ A reputed Japanese base Textile dyes & Chemical marketing agent office located at Uttara, Dhaka, is looking for potential candidates as Accounts Officer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of Bank book on Daily Basis
∎ Assists in performing general ledger accounting functions as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of ensuring that department functions are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ Healthy Knowledge on VAT and Tax
∎ Inputting accounting Data to the computer system
∎ Preparation of Summary and ensure payment
∎ Verify bills and vouchers for transport and local conveyance of employees as per entitlement;
∎ Reconciles a wide variety of financial data including Bank for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices.
∎ Assist in preparation of periodic Financial Statements.
∎ Any other task as assign by the Management related to Accounting and Finance.
∎ To maintain Accounts Software
∎ Prepare Bank & Party reconciliation statement monthly basis
∎ Prepare monthly purchase, inventory and cash flow statement
∎ EPZ work experience person will be given advantage
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given for professional qualification (Part)
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry/Textile chemical sales office.
∎ Office software such as Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms. Power Point, Accounting Software any & web design.
