Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement as per management.
∎ Prepare monthly Bank & Guest Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Prepare operational budget for annually.
∎ Ensure VAT, Taxation and other Govt. legislation type works are properly done in a timely manner.
∎ Comply with all corporate accounting procedure.
∎ To ensure hotel operation complied with the hotel management agreement.
∎ To check night audit report, product wise revenue.
∎ To check debtor and creditor list and maintain party ledger.
∎ To prepare monthly comparative expenditure and income statements.
∎ Maintain Inventory Control System.
∎ Coordinate and meet the audit requirements from both external & internal.
∎ Achieve budget revenue and profit goals, balancing cost with guest satisfaction.
∎ Keep records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in regular basis.
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
