∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance
∎ CA CC will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all books of accounts, register, ledger etc. following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of the organization.
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports periodically as required by the management.
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions .
∎ Preparation of annual budget, forecast cash flow, review and evaluation for cost optimization.
∎ Report to management on variances from the approved and standard and the reasons for those variances.
∎ Prepare periodical Reconciliation Report; monitor reconciliations for core business areas and ensure these are done in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Do cost-benefit analysis, product costing, pricing, and management accounting.
∎ Confirm compliance of organization policy, Companies Act 1994, Income Tax rules, VAT rules and other related laws.
∎ Will be responsible to perform the function relating to accounts and finance and overall accounts and financial management of the Company Secretarial matter.
∎ Pass petty cash transactions and prepare various vouchers and arrange cheque for payment.
∎ Reconcile loan/investment account and current accounts.
∎ Responsible for Cost and Management Accounting of the Concern.
∎ Ensure cost effective procurement and safeguard of resources of the Concern.
∎ Making Monthly salary sheet for all portfolio of the company.
∎ Ensure and monitor that accepted accounting and auditing principles are followed and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal accounting procedures and operating systems and controls.
∎ Ensure an accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statement.
∎ Preparation of reconciliation statements related to finance and accounts.
∎ Maintain liaison with financial institution, TAX Authorities, VAT & Custom authorities & different parties.
∎ Perform any other accounts related tasks assigned by the management.
