Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Accounting Software, Billing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to develop & organize company accounts section
∎ Experience in Operating Accounting software is MUST. To prepare Monthly Budget/Cash Flow, Cash/Bank Book, General Ledger, Monthly Management Report (Operating Statement, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, MIS Report, Others Statement) as per requirement for Management.
∎ To prepare Daily Reports/Ad-Hoc Reports such as Daily/monthly Cash Flow, Fund Position, Creditors Report and update daily to the management.
∎ Timely completion of tax returns and the audit work
∎ Preparation of payment schedule for monthly Salary & TA-DA to ensure disbursement to employee through cash/bank.
∎ Sales invoicing and Revenue assurance from customer
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ Maintenance of all the vouchers, receipts & papers related to transactions for record keeping.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of every month.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions and preparing of accounting statements.
∎ Prepare and maintain requisition slips & bills.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books on daily basis.
∎ Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained.
∎ Prepare and check debit, credit, Bank reconciliation and other vouchers.
∎ All payment voucher preparation and take approval from management.
