Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Posting new fixed asset in oracle from Asset Clearing Report.
∎ Checking Asset Clearance of out / resigned employees.
∎ Transferring asset from user to user in Oracle.
∎ Providing updated asset report to audit & insurance section for audit & insurance related for audit & insurance related works.
∎ Physical Verification and Reconciliation of Fixed Assets.
∎ Reconciling fixed asset records to the general ledger and financial statements.
∎ Fixed Asset monitoring & updating in software.
∎ Any Others task as per order In-Charge.
