Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of requisition for petty cash & other expenses and issuance of cheque.
∎ Preparing of bill/voucher & posting into the accounting software.
∎ Preparing of monthly accounts statement, annual financial reports & annual budget.
∎ Assist to prepare annual audit reports.
∎ Preparing of monthly salary sheet.
∎ Collecting annual subscription/donation/house rent/other fees from members.
∎ VAT & Tax related activities with return submission.
∎ Maintain daily basis Cash Book, Register & Bank-related work (deposit, withdrawal)
∎ Making correspondences with bank & collecting bank statement.
∎ Payment of common service charge, utility bill, gas bill etc. of BACI office.
∎ Any other assignment is given by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in accounts and finance related work in any reputed organization.
∎ Expert in operating accounting software
∎ Sound knowledge of operating MS Office (especially MS Excel and Word).
∎ Can-do work attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
