Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) and Preferably FCMA or MBA (Major in Accounting) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and monitor the university's annual budget and ensuring that expenditures are within the approved budget.
∎ To prepare financial statements and reports to provide information to the university management and stakeholders regarding the financial performance of the university.
∎ To manage the university's accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collecting payments, and making payments to suppliers and vendors.
∎ To monitor and manage the university's cash flow, including forecasting cash needs, managing bank accounts, and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
∎ To ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, coordinating external audits, and ensuring that the university's financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
∎ To manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries and benefits, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
∎ To conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, such as evaluating the financial viability of new projects or investments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to CA (CC) internees
∎ Excellent Communications and Computer Skill
∎ Accounts management & related other works relevant to performing assigned job/responsibilities.
∎ The above conditions may be relaxed in case of highly potential candidate
∎ Specially working experiences with universities to be preferred.
