Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank, and balance sheets, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, timely submission of financial reports, billing, etc.
∎ Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
∎ Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
∎ Ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
∎ Must be familiar with Accounting Software (Tally).
∎ Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis
∎ Ensure reconciliation of the client's ledger and confirmation of the balance.
∎ Must have enough knowledge about VAT/TAX. & handle this
∎ Having the knowledge to prepare the necessary financial reports.
∎ Maintain up to date, accurate accounting system, including computer data entry and paper file system.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the management
∎ Any task assigned by top management.
