Job Context:
∎ The popular lube Bd ltd. was established in 2013. We pride ourselves for providing a variety of service, including the import, sales and distribution of a wide variety of quality Lubricating oils from Germany. Popular Lube Bd is mainly import & trading company. The Company is popular lube Bd ltd engaged in import of Lubricants from Germany and sole distributor for Bangladesh. Popular lube Bd ltd. is the Bangladesh operating unit of the RAVENOL Lubricants, Germany the largest independent manufacturer of specialty lubricants in the world.
∎ Currently we are Looking for Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance, candidates having 4-8 years of working experience in corporate/ Factory accounts & Finance operation at Lubricants sector, will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily checking all kinds of Bill/Vouchers/Report.
∎ Responsible for daily checking of Accounting transactions (all kinds of accounts vouchers) like Payment voucher & Receipt vouchers .
∎ Monitor & review the accounting transaction, records, and documentation
∎ Total working and documentation as per requirement of internal & external auditors
∎ Check varieties types of party's running & final bills and all kinds of local bill
∎ Auditing physical stock inventory by Internal Auditing system Expertise on Internal Audit System.(Quarterly, half yearly & yearly).
∎ Prepare MIS report & Analysis the report monthly. quarterly, half yearly & yearly and submit to management high authority.
∎ Daily Checking & verified department wise all stuff attendant.
∎ Checking Salary, Overtime, Festival Bonus & allowance
∎ Prepare & analysis stock Position.(Weekly, Monthly & yearly)
∎ Various tasks are also done according to the instructions of the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts Software, Cost & Management Accounting, Factory Accounts, Finance/ Accounts, General Accounting
∎ Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Tally / Troy software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, Manufacturing, Lubricating oil Industry
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong knowledge about ERP solution & Accounting Software
∎ Sound Knowledge about Vat & Tax

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiable for deserving candidates.
