∎ Sure International is looking for "Accounts Manager" in the Ensure effective and efficient Financial and administration support to procedures business units of the organization. ∎ Candidates who worked in Bank or Non-Bank Financial Institutions or Money Exchange (both retired and current) are also encourage to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and ensure payment are issued against invoices from suppliers, vendors and/or third parties on time (either in cheque or cash).
∎ Manage accounts and correspondence with bank (Cash withdrawal, deposits, cheque book request, cheques for clearance and signatory changes.
∎ Maintaining daily ledger of transaction & preparing debit & credit voucher.
∎ Maintaining book for each item (expenses & income).
∎ Maintain petty cash as per organization's policy on petty cash management.
∎ Responsible for the bookkeeping in the Tally system.
∎ Preparing monthly/Quarterly financial reports including eligibility of expenses.
∎ Perform all Accounts & Financial activities of the Company assigned by the Management from time to time
