Accounts department
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts Data collection, Process and prepare statements as applicable for the Organization.
∎ Regular maintenance & update stock accounts.
∎ To prepare & reports of Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual & Annual financial statements.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Timely preparation & analysis of all financial statements.
∎ To prepare the Annual report of the Company.
∎ To review & monitor all regulatory compliance matters on day-to-day transactions.
∎ To review and ensure VDS, TDS, VAT returns, and Tax returns in a timely manner as per rules & regulations.
∎ Yearly Income TAX returns, Monthly VAT returns and other returns as per the requirement of tax authorities works, prepared to support all documents for return submission.
∎ To work well with top management to develop the strategic plan.
