Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Analytical Skill, cash management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accountant, Accounting Software, cash management, Computer skill, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Group of Companies, Hotel, Multinational Companies, Garments, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationships and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT and Banking.
∎ Factory Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes,
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc,
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it
∎ Interact with internal & external Auditors from time to time
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment
∎ Fixing up arrangements of working capital
∎ Arranging Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantee
∎ Accounting Standards and their implementation
∎ Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals
∎ Look after monthly and yearly return submission, hearing and assessment finalization VAT & TAX authority
∎ Oversee and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on preparation of Accounts Reports considering Tax & VAT.
∎ Oversee Tax & VAT audit reports and handle professional Tax & VAT authorities individually. Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ MIS, Budgeting & Costing:
∎ Costing - product and process
∎ Budget preparation and Budgetary controls
∎ Management from time to time gives any other assignment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS-Office, Excel, Internet, E-mail Browsing, etc
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skill
∎ Coordination & Team building capacity
∎ Hardworking and able to work under a stressed situation
∎ Amicable personality & Positive attitude
