Responsibilities & Context: - A3 Color Chem Ltd., a leading joint venture company in the textile sector, invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Accounts Manager at its Factory Office in Narsingdi.The position carries overall responsibility for the company’s financial management, strategic planning, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in finance, export-import operations, budgeting, banking, and audit coordination, while working closely with top management to ensure accuracy, accountability, and sustainable business growth.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure timely submission to management.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring effective cost control and variance analysis.
- Oversee export-import financing, banking transactions, VAT, AIT, and customs documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax, VAT, and reporting standards.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/Tally Prime software and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank, cash, and stock accounts.
- Supervise payroll processing, vendor payments, and receivables management.
- Guide and monitor the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Strengthen internal control systems and establish financial policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Purchase, and Store departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Manage various financing facilities, including Islamic banking transactions and profit calculations, EDF, OD, Term Loans, LATR, and OBU.
- Support management in strategic decision-making, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
