• Master of Commerce (MCom)

Master in Accounting FCA/FCMA or equivalent degree will be preferable

• Monitoring group member.

• Monitoring Accounting & others software

• Day to day Voucher checking and approved unit and accounting head

• Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statement and other statement as per management required.

• Day to day bank book updating.

• Export collection/ LC or acceptance payment monitoring & Receivable/Payable schedule maintaining.

• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

• Financial Reporting: He support CFO to ensure accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• This involves overseeing financial transactions, accounting entries, and reconciliations.

• Banking : He ensure all bank entry every day transaction as per bank statement. Also update Regular Export Import transaction.

• Inventory : He communicate with Store/Production for collecting regular activates to analysis various process loss/gain of factory transaction.   

• Compliance and Auditing: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and auditing standards(Internal) is essential. He may liaise with auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

• All transaction Monitoring : He will oversee Accounts team- providing guidance, training, and supervision. He ensure the team's work supports and cheek day to transaction/entry.
