Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ B.B.A/ B.Com, MBA/ M. Com (Accounting)/ Equivalent Degree, no 3rd class in the academic career.
∎ CA-CC/CA-Inter/CMA 1200 Completed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Company is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self-motivated and proactive person who has at least 2 years` experience (Accounts & Finance Department)
∎ Experiences in Real Estate/ Development industries are highly preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to carry out Book Keeping, monthly and quarterly report making using computerized accounting software.
∎ Good understanding of Government/NBR rules regarding TAX and VAT.
∎ Regular Banking transaction & labor payment and Site Supervision.
∎ Day to Day update project cost project book .
∎ Collect daily requisition project cost and necessary action.
∎ Preparing monthly salary sheet, receipt & payment account, reconcile party ledger
∎ Maintaining daily petty cash, bills, cashbook register
∎ To monitor and manage banking activities
∎ To prepare Bill & issue Mushak 6.3
∎ Maintaining VAT Books & assist to prepare return

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of Accounting and VAT
∎ Skill in Tally software
∎ Attitude toward hard-work & team-work

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ After completing 3 months` probation period one will be entitled as permanent employee. Others facilities as per Company Policy. Festival Bonus Performance based career path.
