We are looking for a full-time Accountant to work in our Accounts and Finance activities under Computerized Account system and manual system.

• Keeping accounts and systems up to date using software.

• Knowledge B2B LC, Prepare B2B Lc Docs, Factory Monitoring, Input - Output Inventory.

• Making PI against buyer order.

• Update Invoice Register & Bills Register regularly.

• Check Bills & Invoices with quotations & purchase orders.

• Record transactions into Cash/Bank Book with proper Codes.

• Reconcile bank accounts monthly basis.

• Financial forecasting, Monitoring spending and budgets.

• Auditing and analyzing financial performance.

• Advising on cost minimizing and increasing profit.

• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.

• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.

• Help in annual audit completion.

• Follow financial systems and procedures.

• Keep & update Fixed Assets Register regularly.

• General office administration.

• Correspondence and contact with customers, suppliers & banks.

• Achieve Departmental yearly objectives.

• Maintain Accounting tally software must.
