Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain proper ledger and keep cash in safest custody.
∎ Monitor and operate all payments and expenditure.
∎ Preparing and maintaining stock register, cheque register, asset register and vat & tax register etc.
∎ Ensure vat & tax deduction compliant with government rules and regulations.
∎ Maintain organizational accounts (Cash book/ Bank book/ Ledger etc).
∎ Preparing and maintaining all the vouchers and bills requisition timely.
∎ Manage petty cash and verify the bill voucher of petty cash expenses.
∎ Communicate with the banks.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of cash collection process from SR/Cashier.
∎ Upon direction from management, maintain day to day banking process.
∎ Prepare monthly/yearly profit and loss statement.
∎ Monitor daily/monthly expenses and report to management accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge of accounting software (Tally) and MS Office applications.
∎ Should have good personality, honesty & integrity.
Salary: Negotiable
