The Candidate should have ability to compose letters in English and Bengali is a MUST.
The Incumbent shall face the Typing Test during the Interview and speed of typing should be not less than 30 words in English and 20 words in Bengali per minute minimum respectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Check day to day Transactions.
- Ensure daily financial accounting including vouching, posting and filing.
- Maintain books of Accounts.
- Prepared Monthly Receipts and Payments Accounts.
- Having good knowledge in Accounts & Internal Audit.
- Having good knowledge in Tally Software which is a MUST.
- Reconciliation of petty cash and Bank.
- Other duties as required by the Management.
- Ensure proper compliance of Tax & VAT matters.
- Frequent Depot office visit.
- In-depth costing experiences required.
