∎ Graduate/ BBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an "Accounts and Store Officer".
∎ S/He will smoothly manage all tasks for the company. Such as accounts handle store keeping etc.
∎ Work Place: Gulbag, Malibag, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the highest level of ethics and honesty.
∎ Maintain Cash book, Bank book & ledger posting in both Manual & ERP software.
∎ Visit Banks to collect or submit necessary documents for Collection & deposit.
∎ Correspond with the purchasing department and work as one team.
∎ Stock book maintain in both Manual & ERP software and verify it physically.
∎ Maintain & Make receipts and payment vouchers and different registers to finance and accounts.
∎ Deal accounts payable and receivable, monthly reconciliation thereof.
∎ Office daily activity maintenance and follow-up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Business Communication Skill.
∎ Computer literacy is a must: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint ant Outlook, Basic Photoshop/ Illustrator.
∎ Strong Organization and analytical skills.
