Educational Requirements:
∎ Be a qualified/part qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, CIMA), with experience in either industry or practice; or alternatively be able to demonstrate substantial experience in an existing similar role.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed if the candidate is well experienced on the similar field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for all aspects of financial management and control.
∎ Effective financial reporting for EMCS Pharma Ltd, in a timely, accurate, relevant and informative manner.
∎ General administration duties.
∎ Applicant must have eligibility to maintain all over the Accounts, especially company accounts;
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports periodically, preparation of Financial Models using computer software in different aspects as required by the Board of Director;
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted before month-end;
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation;
∎ Making Monthly salary sheet for all portfolio of the company;
∎ Should have knowledge in VAT, Tax & Joint stock functions;
∎ Daily sales & stock book up to date and cash deposit to bank;
∎ Time to time visit factory & monitor production and stock book are maintain properly;
∎ To assist the manager accounts in financial matters as required;
∎ To assist in financial works of projects of the Society, if necessary;
∎ To follow the instruction of supervisor and managing committee;
∎ Official letter, memo & meeting minutes draft;
∎ Documents filing and preserve in secured;
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 3 years' experience as Accounts & Administration Officer in a pharmaceuticals or manufacturing company.
∎ A sound knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power point and/or other financial tools.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Preferably have experience within the pharmaceuticals or manufacturing company.
∎ Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Have excellent organizational and IT skills.
∎ Have high levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility.
∎ Working with the ERP platform would be considered as an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
