Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tally entry and bookkeeping
∎ Carry out all admin responsibilities in the office
∎ Timely renewal and documentation of all official documents
∎ Undertake auditing responsibilities and face external auditors
∎ Support preparation and submission of all Tax & VAT related documents
∎ Support preparation of all financial statements and accounting documents
∎ Maintaining strong knowledge of International Accounting Standard to ensure accuracy and a fair presentation of company's details in the audited financial statements
∎ Maintaining LC related works (LC opening, import duty payment-CD, RD, SD, VAT, AIT, AT and C&F agency correspondence and collect related documents) and calculation of imported raw materials per unit landed cost
∎ Liaison with IT team to troubleshoot all IT related issues
∎ Carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidate who can quickly learn new softwares will be given preference
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
