Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Planning & Budgeting – Prepare and manage budgets for network expansion, infrastructure, and operational costs.
∎ Revenue & Billing Management – Oversee customer billing, invoicing, and revenue collection to ensure timely payments.
∎ Expense Control & Cost Optimization – Monitor expenses related to bandwidth, equipment, salaries, and marketing to maximize profitability.
∎ Regulatory & Tax Compliance – Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other financial regulations set by the government.
∎ Cash Flow Management – Maintain a healthy cash flow to ensure the ISP can pay suppliers, employees, and operational costs.
∎ Financial Reporting & Analysis – Prepare financial statements, profit & loss reports, and forecasts for management decisions.
∎ Asset & Investment Management – Track investments in fiber optics, routers, servers, and other infrastructure to optimize returns.
∎ Vendor & Supplier Payments – Manage payments to upstream bandwidth providers, hardware suppliers, and service vendors.
∎ Risk Management & Fraud Prevention – Implement controls to prevent financial fraud, revenue leakages, or unauthorized transactions.
∎ Customer Credit & Debt Management – Monitor outstanding payments and implement credit policies to minimize bad debts.Additional Requirement:Must have minimum 1 year experinence in ISP industry.
