Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Invoice Preparation:
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and issue text invoices accurately. Ensure alignment with sales agreements and maintain detailed records for future reference.
∎ Financial Statements Management:
∎ Prepare and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable statements. Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and consistently.
∎ Sales Reporting:
∎ Compile and analyze monthly sales data. Prepare comprehensive sales reports and submit them to management for review. Highlight trends and provide insights for decision-making.
∎ Financial Forecasting:
∎ Forecast company expenses by analyzing past financial data and market trends. Develop accurate projections for future spending and provide forecasts for incoming funds to assist in strategic planning.
∎ Customer and Supplier Relations:
∎ Engage with key customers to set convenient payment dates, ensuring a smooth payment process.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and schedule payments efficiently to maintain good relationships and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
