Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Accounting or related field (fresh graduate preferred).
∎ Strong academic background.

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining proper documentation and bookkeeping for all financial transactions.
∎ Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, including journal entries and adjustments.
∎ Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
∎ Collaborating with team members to support the accurate and timely completion of client engagements.
∎ Participating in audits, ensuring adherence to audit procedures and regulatory requirements.
∎ Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and providing support during tax audits.
∎ Engaging in financial research and analysis to aid in decision-making processes.
∎ Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient accounting procedures.
∎ Staying updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards.
