Job Context:
∎ Golden Jute Product looking for smart & energetic candidate.
∎ Who has a good understanding of standard accounting, variety of accounting practices, Income Tax, VAT and reporting procedures and ability to generate financial reports independently?
∎ Maintain accounts receivable and payable, recording transactions, reconciling the general ledger, approving expense reports. Inventory Report, Purchasing Report, Reconciliation Statement & all related job.
∎ Be responsible to managing company`s accounting activities and maintaining the records.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bookkeeping, Cash flow, Credit control, Invoicing, Order processing, Payroll, Costing, Income Tax & VAT returns. Maintain General ledger, Check book, Advance register, Petty Cash, Daily Cashbook preparation, Profit & Loss Account, Balance sheet.
∎ Prepare all sorts of Vouchers of all transactions with proper supporting documents.
∎ Capable in preparing budgets, balance sheets, income statements other financial reports.
∎ Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
∎ Maintained all VAT related register of all concern as per New VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016.
∎ Prepare and submission of monthly VAT Return to tax authority;
∎ Corresponding with office like, Circle, Division & Commissioner office.
∎ Advice Accounts payable team and vendors for correctness of VAT challan (Mushka 6.3 and other related documents) to comply with regulatory requirements.
∎ Good knowledge regarding online vat returns submission, laws and regulations of the soil.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Good knowledge on MS Excel Employment Status
