∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Microsoft word and excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly expenditure statement of the Company.
∎ Daily check the Showroom document (Daily Stock report, Daily Transaction report, outstanding report & All Voucher (Debit, Credit& Conveyance).
∎ Statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit, and loss account, etc.
∎ Prepare monthly sales and purchase, inventory and cash flow statement
∎ To prepare Accounts statements (Monthly/Yearly Accounts)
∎ Maintain the Petty Cash. Prepare payment by verifying documentation and preparing all the vouchers, Ledger reconciliations, and report to Management time to time.
∎ Prepare daily expenditure summary sheet and cash denomination sheet
∎ Updating the Accounts on a regular basis.
∎ Maintenance of accounts in ERP Software.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience in accounting/Finance.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
