Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance/Accounting
∎ Higher National Diploma in Finance/Accounting or
∎ M. Com in Finance/Accounting or
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer Operating, Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive payments in cash/bKash/card or by any other type from the customers. Issue money receipts properly at the time of receiving the payments. Immediately enter the payment in the proper register(s) and financial software. Take immediate steps to deposit cheque(s) and excess cash to the bank on the first of the day.
∎ Disburse payments (e.g. cash, bKash, cheque, online transfer) upon receiving appropriate vouchers and approvals. Make sure that all the supporting documents are attached to the claim. Confirm that the utility bills are paid in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare debit and credit vouchers for both cash and bank-related transactions on a daily basis. Forward the vouchers for checking, approvals, and transfer to the appropriate authority and file as soon as the process is completed.
∎ Prepare a daily cash register, and cash count report and send it to the management at the end of the day.
∎ Assist in VAT & Tax return submission, annual audit, and any other report preparation.
∎ Regularly make digital copies of all the vouchers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent speaking and writing ability in English.
∎ Experience in customer handling
∎ Experience in bank-related works
Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
