Job Context:
∎ BCL Associates Limited is looking for an Accountant having Master`s degree in accounting, finance or related filed. Relevant professional certification(CMA/ACCA) (part qualified) will get highly preferable.
∎ Minimum 12 years of Professional experience with minimum 8 years of experience in accounting principles, audit and Income Tax/VAT

Job Responsibilities:
∎ · To ensure all types of transaction (in local/foreign currency) in conformity of documents connection with various works;
∎ · To ensure time payment of all Govt. dues. Agent/suppliers payment, staff salaries, utility bills and any other payments;
∎ · To prevent fraud, forgery and misuse of money if there is any;
∎ · To make payment of Income Tax, VAT, Taxes, etc in a planned way to avoid any types of hassles;
∎ · To finalize of monthly as well as yearly financial accounts;
∎ · To maintain liaison with all bank and financial institutions;
∎ · To arrange foreign currency as per requirement of the company staff;
∎ · To safeguard/safety and security of all accounts related documents including cheque books;
∎ · To ensure correctness of all receipt/payment vouchers and maintain chronologically and easily traceable;
∎ · To prepare bank reconciliation statement by 1st week of next month;
∎ · To ensure maintenance of accounts/ledger as per law of the land and ensure its safe custody;
∎ · Sound knowledge in VAT, Income Tax and RJSC&F's laws;
∎ · To prepare salary certificate for the Individual employee for Income Tax purpose;
∎ · Knowledge of using accounting software
∎ · To prepare Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Accountant and Balance Sheet;
∎ · Submission of Monthly/Half Yearly/Yearly Income Tax and VAT Return and preparation of supporting documents and provide with the return. Pursue to receipt certificate from DCT alone or with consultation of Income Tax Law Firms;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 32 – 40 years
∎ • Proficiency in the use of computer Office programs for: Office Management, Accounting Software, Tally, Oracle ERP, Payroll & Gratuity.
∎ • Should have knowledge in Accounting ERP and AP automation.
∎ • Sound Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 & VAT Act. 2012.
