Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for the whole Accounts and Finance requirements of the company.
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
Update and implement financial policies and procedures and audit experience
Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, and projection of fund disbursement plan.
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash Management, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, etc.
Budget planning, budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution, and keeping budgetary control.
Advise the top management about the overall financial position of the company.
Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of the financial statements of the company such as Trial Balance, Income statement & Balance Sheet.
Required Vast Knowledge of UK Tax (Personal and HMRC), VAT, Company Law, Business Law, and Commercial law and advising on TAX & VAT planning.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
