∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Finance

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Communication skill, Computer Operator, Data Entry, team work, Typing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and apply financial and management level analysis to continuously improve excellence.
∎ Ensure accurate, complete & timely financial reporting, which includes Monthly financial statements, Annual financial statements (Actual, Tax, Vat, Bank) and other management reports.
∎ To guide the Finance & Accounts team, including financial planning, budget, and lead to obtaining the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Communication & Coordination with different banks/leasing/financing companies and settle the matter on business policies, New investment, Company's credit/loan facilities and future expansion planning
∎ Liaison with Bank, Insurance companies, external Audit firms, Financial Institutions, and different govt. offices and NBR local authorities etc.
∎ To ensure timely payment of all Suppliers, Bank installments, Staff salaries, utility bills, and any other payments.
∎ Ensure monthly submission of VAT return, withholding tax return, statement of salary tax deduction, half-yearly TDS return and yearly salary statement to comply with NBR regulations.
∎ Planning and execution of the Tax & VAT management system with a proper understanding of the business nature of the company so that the company can be tax-efficient and tax compliant.
∎ Proven knowledge about L/C related work
∎ Good knowledge about Stock Market and IPO.
∎ Ensure timely Daily, Monthly and Yearly report for Management.
