Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education Counseling, Teaching/ Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Monitor, guide, evaluate and determine priorities of the teachers to ensure the standard of education;
∎ • Ensure and check the academic deliverables from the teachers, such as lesson plans, students’ academic updates, syllabus completion report, assessment tools, etc;
∎ • Identify the concerns & problems of the teachers and support them at a local level, in conjunction with the curriculum/ school/ training/ timeline/ other academic issues;
∎ • Help the Supervisor in developing policies/procedures for effective implementation of academic activities in School. Such as rules & regulation for the students, teachers, and all staffs etc;
∎ • Monitor, guide & set strategies for PEC, JSC, & SSC examinations with the collaboration of the teachers;
∎ • To work on the scopes of development of the students, mainly the students who require special attention;
∎ • Plan the scheduling of events and delivery of services to achieve the educational standard;
∎ • Respond to and resolve problems of other teams through coordination and counseling;
∎ • Coordinate with the supervisor and other team members (teachers, administration & R&D) for the better academic progress of School.
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Facilitation skills, strong computer literacy and good communication skills both in English and Bangla are essential requirements;
∎ • Flexibility and being able to adjust priorities to meet changing demands;
∎ • Ability to demonstrate a collegiate, supportive working style that enables Teachers’ to reach their potential, and challenges where necessary;
∎ • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment, maintain a positive team dynamic, strengthening capacity of teachers.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
