Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair AC units, chillers, and ventilation systems Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot AC malfunctions promptly Monitor refrigerant levels and handle gas charging/refilling as needed Respond promptly to emergency AC/cooling issues Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment condition to supervisor Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling equipment Coordinate with other technical staff for facility upkeep Additional Requirements: Sound knowledge of AC/HVAC systems and tools Physically fit and able to work in varied conditions Honest, punctual, and responsible Willingness to work in shifts, including emergencies Compensation & Other Benefits: Mobile bill (if applicable), Festival Bonus (2) As per company policy Employment Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable
