Location: Corporate Office & On Site

Office Hour: Sunday - Thursday (10.00am – 6.00pm), May vary based on site-specific workload requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1 or 2 Years of experience

Job Responsibilities

• Create designs and working drawings using computer-aided design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, V-ray Render, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro).

• Prepare design concepts, plans, elevations, design, composition and detailed working drawings.

• Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills.

• Supervise and manage site activities and Client Meetings (design related).

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet datelines.

• Prepare weekly and daily reports, maintaining all related databases.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture, or Interior Design

Additional Requirements

• Age: 22 to 30 years

• Proficiency in communication and ability to perform as a team member

• Perform any additional tasks related to the post assigned by management.
