Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 18 to 43 years

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in 3D visualization or a similar role
• Proven expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, SketchUp and premiere pro)
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and strong creative vision
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

As a 3D Architectural Visualizer ( Interior), you will be responsible for creating detailed and realistic 3D renderings of architectural designs. This role involves collaborating closely with architects and designers to visualize conceptual ideas into photo-realistic images and animations, enhancing project presentations and facilitating client approvals.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations of Interior & architectural designs
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements
• Develop detailed, photo-realistic renderings and animations
• Utilize software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD, SketchUp and premiere pro
• Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into visualizations
• Stay updated with latest visualization techniques and software advancements
• Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials
