Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in graphics designing.
∎ Must have advance knowledge of design tools, including 3D Studio Max/ SketchUP, Vray, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
∎ Creative, innovative and detail oriented with proficiency in design software.
∎ Strong understanding of Pantone colors and visual communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain visual brand identity for outlets including- department communication, product display planograms, color palette, window display artwork and private brand elements in alignment with relevant departments.
∎ Produce in-outlet signage and promotional materials that enhance the shopping experience and highlight special offers or new products.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and processes.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
∎ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their design needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of design objectives.
∎ Work closely with head office and outlet teams to ensure all in-outlet communication, promotional materials, and digital content align with the brand strategies.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain relevance in the evolving design field.
