Job Context:
∎ A top-notch 3D animator is creative and artistic with a strong working knowledge of color, texture, and light as well as industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Real-time engine (such as Unreal or Unity) , Cinema 4d , Blender
∎ We are looking for a creative individual to join our team as a 3D animator . The responsibilities of the 3D animator include creating still and moving images using software , creating 3D models of products, and managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
∎ Job Location Avenue: 3 , Road No: 04, House No: 282 - 284 , Mirpur Dohs , 1216
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and design storyboards for digital media formats such as video games and fine-arts deliverables
∎ 'Breathing life' into 3D rigged models
∎ Researching visual style, genre, and technologies to produce each individual project
∎ Applying motion capture to enhance performances
∎ Identifying key scenes and sequences
∎ Transforming storyboards into animated sequences
∎ Managing files, animation libraries, and updating procedures documentation
∎ Integrating sound and syncing dialogue
∎ Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts based on brand guidelines
∎ Ensure projects are completed promptly and are of high quality
∎ Suggest and implement best practices and optimizations throughout animation projects
∎ Collaborate with fellow animators using software to deliver a robust final animation
∎ Use a wide range of media and design software
∎ Develop computer graphics and animations based on a detailed design brief
∎ Manage multiple projects within design specs and budget restrictions
∎ Determine voice and messaging for animated pieces
∎ QA design for errorsImplement feedback and changes whenever possible
∎ Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):3D Animation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Design/Printing/Publishing, Interior Design, Software Company
∎ Ability to visualize 3D iterations of two-dimensional storyboards and artwork
∎ Good instinct for timing, movement, and editing cuts
∎ Experience working with 3D models and rigs (provided by 3d modelers and riggers, respectively)
∎ Understanding of acting techniques, cinematography, and visual storytelling
∎ Understanding of anatomy, how limbs move, the effect of weight, and the behavior of skin and flesh
∎ Working knowledge of industry-standard software, including 3ds Max, Maya, Real-time engine (such as Unreal or Unity) , Cinema 4d , Blender
∎ Working knowledge of the laws of physics - gravity, acceleration, and the laws of energy
∎ Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
∎ An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting
