Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an appointment setter and closer, you will be responsible for:
∎ Generating leads and prospects through various channels such as email, social media, or referrals
∎ Contacting leads and prospects via phone, video call, or audio call and building rapport with them
∎ Presenting our products and services in a persuasive and professional manner
∎ Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects for further discussion or demonstration
∎ Following up with prospects and clients until the deal is closed
∎ Negotiating prices and terms of contracts with clients and overcoming objections
∎ Closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
∎ Maintaining records of sales activities and results in our CRM system
∎ Collaborating with other sales team members and providing feedback and support To be successful as an appointment setter and closer, you should have:
∎ Proven experience as an appointment setter and closer or a similar role in the influencer marketing or 3D products animation industry
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English as you will be dealing with foreign clients
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
∎ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
∎ Knowledge of influencer marketing and 3D products animation trends and best practices
