Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (Hons.), M.Sc (Masters) from Reputed Public/Private University & must have to good result.
∎ Must have a good academic result (CGPA more than 3/3.5).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Concept on question format: Shall have clear concept on latest question format [both creative & objective type] of the relevant subject.
∎ Team-work mentality & taking pressure: Shall have adaptive mentality within a team for timely production taking additional pressure if needed.
∎ Publishing & technical concept: Shall have basic knowledge on publishing procedure ranging from writers selection to manuscript check, tracing/PDF check & other technical issues (e.g. checking folio/forma, Run no., Flash mark, header, footer, etc.).
∎ Outsource writing: Shall have ability to select quality outsource writing materials.
∎ Manuscript editing knowledge: Must have sheer ability in fact-finding, stylistic editing, copy editing, image-sourcing, cross-checking of the information for quality production.
∎ Good communication skill: Shall have good communication skill and mentality to follow the official norms as well as decorum.
∎ Ensuring error-free writing: Shall give the assurance of error-free writings.
∎ Comparing & contrasting ability: Shall have the ability to compare and contrast the book with the book of other publications.
∎ All-over publishing knowledge: Shall have all out performance in publishing a book maintaining the chain of command.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for the Candidates with minimum 3 (three) years’ experience will get preference.
∎ Candidates with teaching experience (coaching/ school teaching) will be given priority.
∎ Training: Not Required.
∎ Communication Skills: Fluent in Both English & Bengali.
∎ Management Skills: Not Required.
