∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ High school diploma or equivalent industry experience (BTL)
∎ Proven experience (2 years) as a Welder, with a focus on fabricating light boxes, facias, signage, or similar branding elements.
∎ • Proficiency in welding techniques
∎ • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
∎ • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
∎ • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and work in various positions for extended periods.
∎ • Certification or training in welding techniques and safety procedures is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Interpret technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and materials needed for fabrication.
∎ • Fabricate light boxes, facias, signage, and other branding elements using various welding techniques.
∎ • Ensure the accuracy and precision of measurements, cuts, and welds to meet design specifications and quality standards.
∎ • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and optimize fabrication processes.
∎ • Conduct quality inspections of fabricated components to identify any defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
∎ • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of oneself and others in the workplace.
