Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor in Business/Marketing discipline from reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational store policies and procedures for retails outlets of VIRGO inside Bangladesh.
∎ Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
∎ Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
∎ Control proper inventory levels by conducting physical and software counts; reconciling with proper data storage system.
∎ Maintain physical condition of warehouse and its stored products by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Achieve financial objectives by preparing budget for daily expenses; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results thus ensuring warehouse and outlet requirements on proper time.
∎ Analysis of slow, fast and normal moving products in all outlets to ensure proper distribution and minimize stockpiling of specific style or design in a single outlet.
∎ Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
∎ Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge with strong network around the country.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Reporting as per demanded by Higher Key; i.e. General Manager/Head of Retail/Managing Director/ Head of Sales and Marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) in Reputed Retail Clothing Brand.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc.).
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
