Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ BSS/ MBA from any reputed University (with minimum CGPA Scale 3.00 out of 4.00)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the warehouse in line with the company's standards and customers SOP
∎ Meet the delivery deadlines as per customer instruction
∎ Implement and carry out improvement initiatives
∎ Maintain warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
∎ Real-time update warehouse inventory
∎ Warehouse stock control
∎ Stock control of return materials to warehouse
∎ Regularly update the data storage system
∎ Supervise warehouse operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products
∎ Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
∎ Liaise with clients, suppliers, transporter, courier and other related stakeholders
∎ Orient, train and motivate employees
∎ Monitor the quality of services
∎ Maintain and update warehouse BIN Card regularly
∎ Use the warehouse space to maximum efficiency
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations by complying extensive security procedures and protocols
∎ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
∎ Controls inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and other physical counts as needed. Ensures that all results are properly reconciled with data storage system
∎ Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods IN and goods OUT including labeling of all stock items
∎ Responsible for warehouse
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge on Inventory Management System
∎ Experienced in warehouse management
∎ Must be proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Need to have good problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Must be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should be pro-active and self-motivated.
∎ Should have leadership capacity for managing the team.
∎ Should be honest with high integrity.
∎ Should have advance knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point, Words etc.)
∎ Experience in Warehouse Operation, Logistics operation and Supply Chain Solutions.
