• Prior experience in restaurant service mandatory
• Polite, energetic, and customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work under pressure & can do attitude
• Team player with good communication skills

• Greet customers warmly and present menu professionally
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Take accurate food and drink orders and recommend additional items when appropriate (up-selling)
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
• Arrange table settings and keep tables clean, neat, and ready for new guests
• Check food and beverages for quality before serving to guests
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with kitchen and other serving staff
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests
• Follow the instruction of department head
• Maintain proper grooming.
