Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to bring architectural designs to life.
∎ Develop photorealistic visuals, walkthroughs, and animations for client presentations.
∎ Utilize advanced graphic design tools to create engaging and cohesive presentation materials.
∎ Design custom templates and layouts for project reports, proposals, and marketing collateral.
∎ Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW), 3D modeling tools (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD), and rendering engines (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
∎ Provide graphical support for iterative design processes by producing quick sketches, digital mock-ups, and visual feedback. Experience: · 4 years of professional experience in architecture.· The candidate must have experience in Green Building designing.
