Job Context:
∎ Create holistic digital aesthetics that translate across platforms as day-to-day tasks will consist of researching various topics and creating visually engaging, innovative and functional design concepts relating to the topic. The ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated.
∎ One of the key aspects of the role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design and our customers and serving our brand`s purpose, business missions and customer needs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops engaging, creative, innovative static, video contents and motion graphics for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
∎ Create posts, campaigns and videos to attract customers and increase brand traffic
∎ Brainstorm Visual Concepts
∎ Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.
∎ Research on given topics to create authentic contents
∎ Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
∎ Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.
∎ Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
∎ Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
∎ Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
∎ Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning, awareness depending on the brands requirement.
∎ Keep all client information confidential
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be highly organized and able to work with little direction.
∎ Should have strong aesthetic skills, layout skills and critical thinking skills
∎ Fluency in adobe illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and after effects
∎ Branding experience required
∎ Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
∎ Interest in following advertising and media trends
∎ Creativity and flexibility required
∎ Time-management and communication skills
∎ Should be able to handle rejection.
∎ The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside of the office premises and may be requested to work overtime and weekends for special program events.
