Job Context
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Visa Processing Officer to join our team. The candidate should have practical experience in processing visas for various countries, especially India, Greece, Student Visas and Visit Visas. Also, he should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Job Responsibilities
Complete all the work from start to finish (End-to-end) of visa applications of various countries.
Handle India, Greece, Student Visa and Visit Visa processing completely independently.
Verify and prepare the necessary legal and travel related documents with utmost precision.
Stay up-to-date on the current rules and requirements of the Embassy.
Receive files from clients, provide initial documentation and consultancy.
Design the necessary forms and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Follow-up clients in a timely manner and achieve monthly sales targets.
