Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide accurate and updated guidance to students regarding study abroad visa requirements and procedures.
- Assist students in preparing, reviewing, and organizing required documents with great attention to detail.
- Guide students in completing visa application forms correctly and on time.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with students and parents to ensure understanding of the entire process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy rules, policies, and changes in immigration requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of applications while minimizing errors.
- Safeguard all student data and documents with strict confidentiality.
- Motivate and counsel students to stay confident throughout the visa process.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, sincerity, and dedication.
