∎ Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visa application Processing : Receive, review and visa applications process, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
∎ Verify eligibility criteria and assess the validity of supporting documents
∎ Address applicant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
∎ Maintain an organized record-keeping system for all visa applications
∎ Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
∎ Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, visa regulations and entry requirements of various countries
∎ Advice applicants on the necessary procedures, documentation and potential challenges associated with their specific destinations
∎ Liaise with consulates, embassies and relevant authorities to submit visa applications, track their progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
∎ Monitor the process of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-up with applicants.
∎ Keep applicants informed about the status of their applications and provide updates as necessary.
