Responsibilities & Context:
As a Tourist Visa Expert you will play a crucial role in empowering clients throughout their overseas travel journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Counsel the clients about different countries like (UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Schengen countries
- Help clients choose the right visa category
- Assist in filling and submitting visa application forms
- Check and arrange all necessary documents (Passport, bank statement, travel plan )
- Review and verify all necessary documents before submission
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Prepare clients for visa interviews if required
- Assist in scheduling appointments for biometrics or interviews
- ensure compliance with visa regulations and guidelines.
- Keep updated information about embassy policies and travel rules
- Provide polite and professional customer service
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
