Mariners Group is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's vision. This role requires a strong background in motion graphics, video editing, and DSLR camera operation, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

• Ability to create AI generated story base video.

• Develop and implement motion graphics for video content that enhances the storytelling and visual appeal.

• Operate DSLR cameras, Smartphone and other video equipment to capture high-quality footage.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver videos that meet the company’s needs.

• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone.

• Manage video projects from concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and content creation.

• Organize and maintain video files, project assets, and archives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Ability to create AI-generated story-based videos.

• Skilled in DSLR/Smartphone video shooting and production.

• Strong creative storytelling and attention to detail.

• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
