• Having any professional certificate in video editing or multimedia will be considered an added advantage

• Age 20 to 37 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 1–2 years of real work experience in video editing

• Must be experienced in paid video software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, CapCut (PC version), or DaVinci Resolve.

• Must have a good eye for aesthetics, pacing, and creative storytelling

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus

• Must submit a portfolio (Google Drive link, YouTube channel, or past work samples)

• Should be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Must have the mindset to work on-demand or beyond regular hours when required

• Edit a variety of video content including promotional videos, work demos, client documentation, and social media reels for platforms like Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram

• Understand and follow scripts, creative briefs, or raw footage requirements to produce meaningful and clear visual stories

• Perform editing tasks such as cutting, trimming, color correction, transitions, subtitles, background music, and visual enhancements

• Ensure all videos are aligned with branding guidelines and delivered on time

• Maintain proper organization of video project folders and backups

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to edit job-related videos (e.g., work environment, client success, interviews, etc.)

• Assist with simple graphic designs, thumbnail designs, or animated texts (preferred)
